Merchandise Return Instructions

Merchandise may be returned for the following reasons:
  • Incorrect part received
  • Damaged parts
  • Parts not needed
The following procedures will be followed for each situation:
  • If incorrect parts were received, please contact ArchwayPro.com to arrange return of wrong parts and receipt of correct merchandise.
  • For damaged goods, please provide the following:
    • Copy of the truck bill of lading that documents the package(s) were received damaged.
    • Photograph the damaged carton and parts
    • Copy of packign list highlighting damaged items
    Please fill out Request for Return of Merchandise Form, e-mail it or print and fax it to (800) 678-0667. An associate will reply to you with a Return Merchandise Authorization containing instructions on the disposition of the merchandise.
  • For returns of non-defective parts there will be a restocking fee of 15% of the net invoice amount. Therefore, please ensure the parts you select are the correct parts you require. Please follow the procedures above.
